Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store your resume files.
• We do not store job descriptions you paste.
• The free tools need no account or email. If you buy a Career Analysis, we keep your report, a career profile (no contact details) and your email so you can return to it. You can delete them anytime from My reports.

How Your Resume Is Processed

When you upload your resume, it is sent securely to our AI processing service (Anthropic Claude) to generate your results. The text is processed in real-time and is not persisted after your session ends. We do not retain, log, or share your resume content.

For a Career Analysis, we also turn your resume into a short career profile (see Paid reports below). The resume itself is deleted as soon as your report is created.

Paid Reports

When you buy a Career Analysis, we save it to the email address you enter at checkout so you can come back to it from My reports. Signing in uses a one-time link sent to that email; there is no password.

• What we keep: your email address, your report, any Career Plan you add, the career stage and country you chose, and a short career profile — your role, seniority, years of experience, skills, industries, up to five achievements, education level and certifications.
• What we never keep: your resume file or its text, and your contact details (name, phone number, address or links). These are removed from the career profile before it is saved.
• How long: until you delete it. A full refund deletes the report automatically. Unpaid previews are deleted after 7 days.
• How to delete:sign in at My reports and delete a single report, or choose “Delete all my data” to remove every report and your account. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
• Payments: are processed by Stripe, which keeps its own payment records (including receipts) under Stripe's Privacy Policy. Deleting your data here doesn't delete Stripe's records.

Cookies & Analytics

We may use basic analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate usage patterns — e.g., which pages are visited most often. This data is anonymized and not linked to individuals.

We show ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of other third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Cookie Choices

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see a consent banner from Google before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can accept or reject them, and until you choose, Google Analytics and AdSense run without cookies (Google Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Third-Party Services

We use Anthropic Claude to process resume and job description text. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not send any personally identifying information alongside your resume text.
